ST. LOUIS (October 12, 2009) - Divergence, Inc., a world leader in the discovery of products for the control of parasites in agriculture and medicine, was honored to be named the Governor's 2009 Technology Company of the Year for the State of Missouri by Governor Jeremiah W. ("Jay") Nixon. The award was presented by Governor Nixon at the annual Governor's Conference on Economic Development in Saint Louis, Missouri.
"The Divergence team is proud of the work that we are doing to discover and advance products that will help the world meet its nutritional needs in an environmentally responsible fashion and will allow people, companion animals, and livestock to lead healthier, more productive lives," said Derek Rapp, Chief Executive Officer of Divergence.
