The initial focus of Divergence is on the discovery and
development of molecules for the control of parasites, especially nematodes
or roundworms, a major cause of economic losses in agriculture, as well as morbidity and mortality in humans and domestic animals.
Divergence is developing the first novel modes of action for the agricultural nematode control market in decades.
Product candidates include nematicides with environmental and safety profiles, anti-parasitic drugs,
and nematode resistant crops.
